Dying Matters...Are we ready? "Sharing better End of Life Care for everyone"

North London Hospice and Barnet CCG invite you to an event exploring end of life care and how we can raise awareness across our diverse communities. If you're a volunteer, carer, family member or living with a life-limiting illness, come along to share and find out more about how we can help.

This enjoyable and informative session is supported by the Barnet Wellbeing Hub and will be held at the Meritage Centre in Hendon. Refreshments - including lunch* - will be provided.
